nah, asymmetric eye height is almost always a structural bone issue, so softmaxing isn't going to magically shift your actual eyeballs up or down. you can try to cope with standard softmaxes like grooming your eyebrows asymmetric on purpose—shaving the top of the lower brow and the bottom of the higher brow to create an illusion of symmetry—or using a tiny bit of eyeliner on the lower eye's waterline to change the perceived shape, but it only does so much. if the vertical orbital asymmetry is severe, you have to look into actual surgeries. the main procedures for this are customized orbital implants, where a surgeon inserts a 3D-printed porous polyethylene or titanium implant under the lower eyeball to literally push the globe upward, or an orbital rim advancement. sometimes it is just severe asymmetrical ptosis making it look like the bones are uneven, and in that case, an isolated ptosis repair or blepharoplasty on the droopier eyelid can completely fix the illusion without touching bone. you need to get a maxillofacial ct scan first to see if your actual orbits are misaligned or if it is just a soft tissue issue.

eye evenness isnt necessary for good eye area. my left eye is more positivity tilted than my right(by 3 degrees) but my right eye is wider
