upper eyelid shape is determined by fat distribution and browridge protrusion and lower eyelid shape is determined by the elasticity of the eyelid tendon which is genetic.

yes, forward growth will make a slight difference in terms of scelera show, but it mostly just helps reduce eye hollowness , that's it.
