Ez gel discussion

My outcomes for this thread:
Find someone who currently has money to preform it
Get it a bit more popular so I can find more diy anecdotes

What is Ez gel?
Ez gel is a derma filler made out of your blood

Why Ez gel for under eyes?
There are no vascular occlusion cases,
If you inject Ez gel into an artery it won't cause an intravascular embolism
It's literally your blood it's just coming back from where it's from.
Another reason since Ez gel is so safe it also comes with great under eye results
as I will show below
1772231356403

What you need to create Ez gel?
.PRF tubes
. A centrifuge (used one for like 40 dollars)
. Dry heat incubator (used one for like 60-80 dollars)
. Tube holders
. Nitrile gloves
. non needle transfer syringes
Optional but highly useful:
. mini fridge or anything to cool like an ice pack

How to inject Ez gel in the under eyes:
Insert the injection starting at the green circle,
End it where I ended the black circle,
Then start withdrawing the needle or cannula while
pouring out Ez gel

What I would like to see under this thread:
1.Questions asked
2. mid to high effort responses and discussions
3. someone that has 200 dollars and is willing to make and preform this diy filler

Thread below related to prf and ez gel:
Would read up on ut

Good and short ez gel video:

well i have done PRF undereyes its very hard to get right in the centrifuge and ez gel is weird because i think its more or less like filler in terms of consistency and duration so if you mess up it wont just get absorbed you will be fucked for a bit. there is also a high chance you mess up the injection somehow

i'd rather just buy PN skin boosters and use that than draw my blood, potentially mess up the batch, and potentially mess up the injection, which would be okay with normal PRF but not the ez gel

literally is that but it's turned to a derma filler through heating then thickened by mixing it with more fibrous parts from your blood
making it last up to a year through a specific process.

Great question

The injection is super easy to do

It's not too hard to make

I don't want a skin booster I want a filler

I'm starting to have fat loss in my undereye and ez gel is very promising

It's much easier than just doing ha filler injections in your tear troughs

yes but its likely you will mess up the placement and get a weird result

its not hard to make objectively you're right

skin boosters and losing malar fat helped get rid of my "tear troughs" and fix my shitty undereye skin quality

one of the main culprits behind looking old is having excess fat which sags or having one fat pad type that protrudes more than the rest. excess malar fat = nasolabial folds and tear trough, so the simplest solution is to get as lean as possible with some sort of rejuvenation injection to fix the skin quality and help mask the flaw until you do so. you can still do ez gel its just that if you mess it up, thats it you are stuck that way for min 2 months

unless you are already <10% lean with quad veins and striations everywhere, no "nasolabial folds" (protruding malar fat pad), and genuinely have fucked undereye fat pads (as in hollows not just a line) go inject

SO for ez gel you do 3 sessions that go away fast then it can last 6 months to a year which gives you plenty of practice.

Its honestly worth it since its pretty safe that's the only reason I choose it over ha filler in the under eyes

Edit: I like that ha has dissolver however

You got lean to decrease your malar fat pads?

Yes I checked today after debloating from GH for a few days and they are gone my folds are so minimal obviously the line remains but partially because my skin is a bit dry from diuretics and messing up my accutane dosing but otherwise the fat pad is nuked. Though I’d easily trade the slightly lower facial leanness for the sleep skin glow and other GH benefits

Have very slight ones myself that aren’t really apparent unless under certain lighting. A lot of people tend to have that sort of partitioning though, even models with strong maxillary support. Could even be caused by bimaxillary protrusion. I always wondered if lifting the surrounding area would improve it or if leaning out and forgetting about it is the move.

I noticed that too. If you don’t have a protruding malar fat pad but have a line the solution is probably some pdo/pcl threads once you get lean enough. Fat dissolving might be an option too if it’s aligned but extremely risky… the idea is making the malar fat pad recessed relative to your philtrum. For example someone like tom welling has an extremely lean malar fat pad even at 12-14% bf and is one of the few faces I’ve seen without a line in any lighting. Actually for me most of my line is gone it’s just that closer to my nose there’s still a line/partial fold so maybe dissolving somehow is the way but even so I feel like it would still look off (if it even works using microdoses of dissolver) as they are there for a reason either from poor fat insertions or some sort of bone recession

You’re a good user from the few threads I’ve seen. You should consider a compilation of your best threads. Would be interested in reading.

As for the malar fat pad, I’m getting lean and then seeing if it’s necessary to either hoist it up with threads or perhaps even add volume or what — maybe radiofrequency. We shall see. It’s so slight that it isn’t bothersome but I would prefer to have that seamless look. People like dellisola, cavill, etc. Appear to have that partitioned look in their side profiles.

hey bro, i will be doing prf ez gel professionally in london soon.
