im very new to this but.. maybe you can try the middle part, use sea salt pray and leave in conditioner. Also can you check out my private ratings post and gimme tips

HMTN, a haircut can make you look so much better.

Also use products for your hair.

Your skin looks decent, but make sure you have a skincare routine. I’d also definitely recommend sea salt spray or similar products. Just look up some hair inspiration on TikTok or something.

depends on how much you are willing to invest into it effort-wise. dying is typically the easiest solution if done correctly

i always feel like you can tell if someone dyes there eyebrows though, i feel like i need to slowly get them better or people around me will just known that i have dyed them. will topical midoxil be the best solution?

frankly never looked deep into the minox/castor oil topic so cant give a proper advice here but there is plenty of info in botb

Based on the picture, everything seems fine. I'd say keep a good natural expression. I'm no expert. Wait for other people to answer that question. Make sure you eat clean, hit every muscle 2x a week & VERY IMPORTANT get enough sleep

yeah sleeps killing me off i struggle with it. I will look into buying supplements or something to help it
