Face blindness and not being able to see which facial feature needs surgery?

Has anyonce experienced this where they lterally cant point at a area in their face where surgery could realistically improve attractiveness score?

Like yeah you could get a slimer nose from rhino, but u don't think if its gonna actually make u look better and the improvements will only be in ur head?

I feel as if your brain tries to trick you into thinking you don't have failos, you need to be objective with what you desire vs what you have now and go off that. It also takes time to see and realize what would fit your harmony, the "best" features won't always fit right and might make you look more scuffed.
