Face change (maybe downward growth)

my jaw has noticeably gone downward. I got surgery on my jaw since I fractured it and ever since my old retainer didn’t really fit but the ortho said my bite was “perfect” I feel like it isn’t but okay ig. Obviously others see me differently, but from what I see is that it’s gone down a lot and makes me look worse. Idk what’s. Caused it Probaly posture or clenching jaw. Lmk if u see any change anywhere

your browridge is growing and its throwing everything else off. This is a edit but ive also noticed your maxilla seems to be growing aswell your chin looks less projected and your lip corners appear to be getting smaller across your face

Do u see major change in jaw like downward growth? Maybe im tweaking but I swear my nose looks different more of a hump. Maybe look at past posts too u can see other photos

There is no downward growth thats an illusion your browridge and midface are growing and it can cause a hump in the nasal area
