FACE CHANGES AFTER 17

currently 6'3 tanner stage 3.9 - 4.2 or something there between these
is it possible for me to grow more bones on my face
+ i kinda look 15-16 rn i have no facial hair,no-little body hair. (i have hairy genetics especially full facial hair)

you think is it not possible, or generally?
i changed a lot from 16-17,but i didnt change from 15-16 so i dont know my pattern looks different to me.
i have a kinda long midface rn because of my lower third didnt mature fully.

If you're going through puberty then obviously there are going to be changes but if you're not then the changes are going to be very subtle(no bone structure change only skin or facial muscles) your best bet should be saving money and then getting implants or fillers if you're serious about "getting bones"

ofc im going thru puberty rn,probably have a year or two left imo.
my body is not fully matured yet n i see constant changes in my bf rn. (losing fat n going up in height constantly)
