I scolled the pen to 1, idk what iu is i think thats only in the us? So basicly u can scroll 0.2 which is low dose, dr told me to use that for 2 weeks for my body to get used to it than up to 0.4, and then 0,6 and all the way up to 1. 1 was veeeeery high dose he said the max he would allow.
