Face color doesnt match body color /

skincolor of my body is white - near pale white while my face is white - slight tan it doesnt make sense, i legit dont go outside dont see the sun i dont get it. if you look at my face and then my neck its an instant switch in color why is my face slightly darker than my body is there a fix to this?
