Face debloating- lost

Face debloating :feelswhy:

I have reduced my sodium intake and increased my water and kalium intake.
Do less carbs induce debloating? I hope to get a slimmer face.
Getting slimmer goes hand in hand with cardio which i try to keep up with sprinting and cycling 3x per week. Exercise and sauna help to alleviate water retention in face, or so I have heard.
Ice and coffee are temporary solutions, which I dont usually care to carry out.

Im ignorant on this subject, this topic is just something to spend my idle time on and wish to better myself by small increments at a time.
Any tips would be appreciated:unsure:

Thanks.. I mentioned ice and coffee because i hardly do them. Its hard to justify doing this in front of the mirror. I just feel:feelsuhh:.
Im not willing to go to a calorie deficit because my fitness is important aswell, but all together I try to uphold my routine.
Also my skincare and hygiene is in good shape so that helps.:feelshah:
