Face fat, agepill or bloated

Hello I'm a 22 year old male. I am feeling very "bloated" and fat in the face generally. I would like to know the cause of this and if you could help me reduce it.
I am lean probably around 11-13% body fat with a lot of vascularity and visible abs. I do exercise regularly.
Im in college and get stressed very often in my CS degree. I also eat salt and processed food regularly.
I want to know if i could debloat or if i need to reduce my body fat even further. (or if its over)
I didnt use to look so bad at 18 years old.
i will provide two pictures, one of 2022 and one from now. (please ignore the 2022 picture caption).

you are probably lean enough try debloating if it dont work either u did it wrong or you are boneless

Get close to 8% bodyfat, I highly doubt you won't have hollow cheeks at that bodyfat %. Even people with stubborn face fat should have a defined face at that stage.

Maybe u arent really 11-13% bodyfat likely higher a bit
