I’m 14, 5’9, 125 lbs. I’m not really very fat, but my face fat is way too much. Same with belly fat. If there’s any way i can lose that, id love to know from anybody interested.
if u wanna lose fat => caloric deficit
if u wanna "debloat" => eat real food (this is ur case probably)
if u wanna gain muscle => calorie surplus + protein
