FACE FAT REMOVAL (LIPO, BUCCAL, KYBELLA) BEST OPTION ?

I recently got jaw implants, lower bleph, and a mid facelift. Going in to get upper bleph on one eye (right) to achieve full symmetry.

Was also wanting to know the best way to remove facial fat. Or fat in my cheeks more specifically.

Heard of buccal fat removal but also seen lipo being done. There’s also something called kybella.

Try Kybella first and then get Buccal Fat removal if necessary.

I've also seen LipoVela being used.

I’ve had buccal done but it’s not enough. I’m getting cheek lipo done next month probably
