After lifting seriously for over a year, I’m currently 155lbs at around 16% BF. My body looks fine, but my face fat has gotten way worse from when I was 135-140lb and lean. Not tryna be a skinny pussy though, so I’m still trying to bulk up before I start losing weight.
Any ideas of what I should do? Definitely slayed way more when I was skinny as fuck but no face fat. Should I just hop on DNP and lean the fuck out, or commit to the bulk and hop on RAD. Give tips for anything pls
