Lowkey for your age u should clean bulk, peak puberty ngl so do that while eating lots of meats and dairy and sleeping like 9+hours a day cuz hgh is released in rem sleep. You shouldnt like think of face fat at that age but u gotta maximise your growth and nutrition. Trust me bro
