how to fix puffy cheeks and face in general?

i have a very skinny body (not skinny fat i mean actually skinny) and im trying to lower my bf %. somehow i can get rid of my puffy cheeks and puffy face in general; debloat didnt help. any tip?

Dont know if you included it when you say “debloat”, but drink tons of water. I drink 3-4 liters a day.
