how can i lose face fat if aqualyx and shit like that isnt available I'm 17 I'm tired of coping thinking it will js go away "if I eat good and sleep well!" I'm not a fat person I'm low weight for my height I need genuine advice do I js keep lowering my bodyfat% or do i js cope smb lmk
