Why is my face chubby and looks kind of puffy but im a skinny dude. Is it genetics and is there anything I can do about it?

Depends how old u are but if you’ve hit puberty then pin Reta and ghkcu and do cardio 5 times a week and stay in a calorie deficit and the face fat will go away

how old

19 years old face fat used to be a lot worse when I was like a freshman but my face is still pretty chubby
