Does anyone have any tips of how to lose face fat at 15 I don’t care how I’m 15% bf and I have a lot of face fat please help me

mabye its babyfat, or you're just fat, go to the gym and leanmaxx dont take reta at such a young age

im not educated in BF % just get visible abs, first get built before dieting

You still have baby fat at 15. You can cut lightly but avoid anything extreme.
