I bought some pottasium chloride online from bulk supplements.

I mixed about a gram of it into a cup (tasted like salt btw)

I swear to got my face is far more bloated than before I took it.

1 g is nothing. It didn't do anything with you. Potassium chloride has 40% active potassium in it, so 1 g contains only 400 mg potassium.

I drink 5 g potassium chloride powder in the morning and 5 g in the evening for 2 months and it works. Also if you put this not in a baby sized cup, but into a 1 liter bottle, like I do, then it won't taste bad.
