sunscreen on very sunny days
red light therapy
every 2 months microneedling

good thread yea but it will ruin ur beard growth, ive done IPL 3 times in one spot and now hair doesnt grow there

what about on spots where there is no beard?

bought one for 30 bucks from ali express

not really noticed skin improvement from this (bought it 1 month ago)

i know its working because i also use it for eyes health and I see better now
