I don't even think seed oils have any negative health affects. Its not like using butter is better. U just use less oil if you cook often. Since I just do One Meal a Day mainly I use a bunch of lipids to get my calories in. But sun avoidance is literally critical. That nigga faceiq is literally white bro.
