Face is constantly dry, made worse with adderall, how do i fix this?

When my face is properly hydrated Its not so bad but when it isn't i look like garbage. I am drinking a gallon of water a day and my face is still dry as fuck

Not sure what the cause is then

I mosturize aaswell

OP should use a normal standalone emollient and if he is rich use CeraVe etc

I heard of the beef tallow before and I have a shit ton of it since I drink and make bone broth (When I drank it daily my skin mogged hard) but It would give me insane acne since Its not processed like the store one.

Probs damaged skin barrier. Try thick emollients like e45 or get checked out for eczema etc
