I'm black sir and grew up around black girls. I've never heard a black woman irl say anything about height. Ik what black women like. They care about body and face. Go into any black neighborhood and you'll see that alot of the "player" types are various heights. It's because black women just want someone masculine and dominant. For example, in my old neighborhood I grew up in, the two biggest players who had the most women were short. One was only like 5'7 and the other one was legit only like 5'4, believe it or not. I speak from first hand experience, as a black dude who grew up around blacks/hispanics.

Ohio (around Cincinnati and cleveland) and indiana (around indianapolis) has alot of gangs too so black women are into the thug types and the height shit comes last. When I was in south florida, hispanic dudes were short yet had no problem getting women neither. Charisma and status also play a huge role in attraction, which is why shorter black dudes in the midwest have no prob getting women bc they may have charisma or social clout working in their favor.
