Discussion Face looks good on cut but body looks weak

When I bulked to 91 kgs I looked huge like big asf even tho I had lots of fat

Then I cut weight to 75 kgs now I look good facially cause less face fat but body looks like a boy

What should I do it's not possible to get big without sacrificing face

Should I grow beard and bulk up ?
