Face looks way more proportionate with a beard. Chin looks 1cm longer, and jaw looks wider. Which surgeries would achieve this?

Title, since I pretty much have nowhere to go but study for uni, I don't really mind letting my beard grow. And to my surprise, my face actually looks so much more proportionate, chin looks longer and wider, and so does my entire lower third. What surgery could achieve this, translated to bone of course? Chin wing? Chin osteotomy? I'm looking to do osteotomies, I'd prefer those over a wraparound jaw implant. Cheers

Bimax with genio that widens the chin. Then jaw angle implants. Srs
