Absolutely. They're telling people 26% haven't received the vax but thinking about it. The truth. Over 95% of Earth's population of people haven't and REFUSES to get the vaccination. See, by projecting a majority would make the common person feel like a 2nd to third class citizen - outsider - degenerate - not a team player - loser.
