im cruising on mk677 im probably going up to 165lbs lean and calling it a quits and gonna maintain that. I have way better muscle genetics than i thought so yeah.

I just literally ate like no fucking food before my maintenace was like 1.2k calories, now im downing like 3k calories a day minimum, 3L of water, shitting like 3 times a day, i got multivitamins, ostarine, mk677, so my body is probably getting this infllux of nutrients to build bones after not getting shit for so long.
