Face problem

(M15). I consider my face to be just above average but the problem is my nose. It has stayed the same shape which does make it look larger but due to inflammation with black heads it has got a lot bigger. Whilst my dad had a longer nose mine is just wider and besides Accutane which I haven’t been prescribed I have no other idea on how to fix it. Ps if anyone else has experienced this and is now older does this keep your nose the same size later after teen years?

send a picture, but your nose getting bigger is probably temporary inflammation and clogged pores
