Well guys i dont know how to do a postureo to apply all my force to my fucking midface, i only feel the preassure in neck and back. What postureo should i do to puta all the force on midface?

try different angles. from the top 45” and bottom 45”. Top hurts teeth so idk abt that. this picture i made should explain.

I personally fold my towel perfectly (without any unevenness) I position it up to my last teeth (not my wisdom teeth otherwise I suffocate) I do a chin tuck and push forward with full force , I repeat the act 10 to 30 times for 5 seconds and I do it 3 times a day

Fold the towel so that when you bite down it doesn’t reach your molars, only canines and incisors. Clench as hard as possibly can while sitting down and pull upwards for 5 seconds. Personally I feel it all over my face, you shouldn’t feel it in your neck because that means your resisting the pull with your neck muscles and not engaging your face.

The harder you clench the more you will feel it on the rest of your face, just clench as hard as you can and pull very hard

Yes I sit with my head against the wall, you shouldn’t really be engaging your neck that much to the point where it’s sore.

Do I have to pull my arms forward and lean my body back? and bite hard with the canines and incisors thats it and bite as hard as i can?

its obvious cope, the only 'pulling' that might work is thumbpulling and even then, there isn't enough evidence
i have a friend that do ts when he was a kid and he has brutal underbite
