Do you have any tips? I've been mewing and for the past couple days getting my body to mew in my sleep by using a pillow to keep my mouth shut and using skin care for acne and whatnot, also keeping my hygiene better. If theres anything else I should be doing I'd like to know. Also this is a progress pic idk if much has changed
