I'm lowk still a pretty high body fat so who knows what could still be under wtv face fat I have left but I still feel like my face has leaned out a lot yet I barely have any zygos and my gonians are flared inward which cooks my side profile does anyone know any possible permanent solutions bc most filler or implant surgeries I hear just deteriorate after time and don't last I alr wanna get fat grafting for my under eye but the red idk if anyone can help please

Implant's dont "deteriorate", But they do have a chance of needing revision's (depending on what type of material you use, aswell as the quality of the Surgeon).

Filler's are cheap, quick fix, can be dissolved if anything goes wrong and relatively stay a long time (> 2 Year's). Aswell as low recovery time.

Ight bro no help at all jsut buzzed it off for summer cause I won't really be around anyone and I was thinking about dying it and just wanted the color to grow out with it when I do

Yeah I feel like my shorter chin and less visible ramus make my side wayyyy more feminine that's why I don't like it all that much

Titanium/PEEK.
Do not get Silicone Implant's, They're soft, Compressible, and have a High chance of Migration/movement.
