mostly yes. only thing that isn't fully cope is mouth tape for when u sleep but make sure to buy some actual mouth tape if you wanna do it. dont use your drawer, paper tape

cooooooopppppeeeeeeees. Also the chemical adhesives on these tapes will descend you than help you. and unless mouth breathing is a crazy chronic issue, wouldn't use it.

it's all completely copium, unless you are sure that you breathe with your mouth during sleeping. extended periods of mouth breathing can negatively affect your looks in many ways, and im sure you are aware of that already. if you do consider using mouth tape for sleeping, ensure that the adhesive isn't toxic or filled with irritative chemicals that will damage your skin barrier on your lips/surrounding areas. nose tape, zygo tape is all bullshit and a money grab for crappy looksmax influences.
