Face Width During Puberty

i know this might be a stupid question but does facial width stay relatively stable during adolescence & throughout puberty? a lot of my friends i grew up with have pretty much the same facial width to body ratio as they did during adolescence but during my puberty my face & jaw got very wide itself. y'all know what i'm getting at?
