Measure you ipd and than esr ( eye separation ratio) and then divide the ipd with esr for eg if you ipd is 67mm and esr 0.46 than you have 145.5 mm skull width

I measured both with a flexible measuring tape and calipers, and it's honestly more common than you think. I have a Chinese friend, and her face is almost as broad as mine, even though she's almost a foot shorter than me. Nobody has ever told me that I have a broad or big head before. I think it's because they don't want to hurt my feelings or something, as I guess it's kind of an insult to them lol.
