My face is 13 cm wide and 17 cm long and my ipd is 62 mm ,are my eyes close together compared to my face or normal??

If you're not trolling then, it's hard to truly know if they're close-set without images but in theory, you're eyes are slightly wider than the ideal.

My left eye is 3 cm, inter canthal distance 3 cm and right eye is 3 cm, i measured everything on mirror

Then theoretically speaking, you should have pretty much ideal eye spacing other than the slightly too high Esr.
