Do you have a narrow palate? if you need it a palate expander could maybe increase your ipd, but you look great guy. Ipd also increases with age

You can also try all the brown fat stimulation shit and see if that helps you a little bit, cold exposure and coffee both stimulate brown fat, i still have my hooding while lean as hell and i drink a buncha coffee and im out in the cold alot, cold showers ice face mask in the morning. Might as well try it, no harm done
