usually when people rate me they usually say i'm pretty bloated but im unsure if i might just be boneless

so can someone send a picture or describe a actually bloated face or person with baby fat versus someone who is just genuinely boneless

Get to 10% bf, I can guarantee you will not have facefat cope

I have alot of bone mass and im still face fatcel due to shit fat distribution

Most here have never reached 10% in their lives, even if they think they did. Unless you have veins running up the abs themselves, I don't want to hear muh "I was 10% bf and my face is still fat". No, no you weren't 10%.

Most here have never reached 10% in their lives, even if they think they did. Unless you have veins running up the abs themselves, I don't want to hear muh "I was 10% bf and my face is still fat". No, no you weren't 10%.
u need a couple lbs of muscle for that too and good hormones.

Im like 15% bf with alot of bonemass and I look like 20%

10% is where you'll really see if you're boneless lol

If you are a real 10% and still have no hollows, look boneless or whatever, then it's time to call up a surgeon and get implants or some shit. Even then, getting to 10% was a necessary endeavour to know what your real base is like when it's not covered in fat.

u will have no definition in muscles so u will not be able to tell ur bodyfat % well if ur a twig imo.

Imo u need a couple lbs of muscle to first be able to tell ur bf %. I just follow what derrick from mpmd says and eat in a calorie surplus and if ur abs go away instantly cut. It never fails. Then after ur up a couple lbs u can think about cutting to 10% etc.

Bear in mind that I am anything but boneless lol, I have a 2 fwhr with alot of angularity and etc

Some people just have shit distribution, 10% is where all is either cope or real

Chico has that issue and he has good bone mass (yes not joking)

Is there a point to cutting down to 10% if you dont have the funds to do surgery and know you are boneless? I feel like itd be better if you just continued physique maxing until you have a way to change the face.

Till then just softmax you know

You will be under muscled, sure. You will still be defined and will be able to tell your bf %. bf% is something you can tell irrespective of how much muscle you have.

Yes the idea is right, but that is after starting at 10% bodyfat. You do not enter a bulk if your abs are visible but fluffy looking. You start at your leanest, and you stop when you are holding more fat then you'd like. Cut and repeat. Water.

Not to mention Dereck is a retard when it comes to steroid advice.

Yeah of course if ur like eddie hall level where u got absb ut are fat as fuck its obvious, but as long as u dont go over 180lbs and u got visible abs and ur face isnt fluffy looking ur good.

Leanmax is a softmax. It is 90% of softmaxing.

You don't know if you are boneless till you leanmax.

You don't have to be fat when you are physique maxing. Your results will be worse anyway if you are trying to build muscle at a higher bf %.

Skinnyfats need to be on a 500 deficit till shredded then go in a surplus. It is not a hormonal issue. Its a calorie issue. I've seen people on steroids look skinny fat. The reason they stay skinny fat is because they listen to advice like eat at maintenance. You can't even track a 50-150 surplus considering nutritional labels are off by 20% and you have no idea what your exact energy expenditure is every day.
