Im about 14% bf with kinda visible abs but my face is not that lean and when i smile i get all squishy is there a way to fix this or its cooked by the genes also im 16 if that changes smth

"kinda visible abs" means your bf% is too high to have a lean face. your genes do affect it since you could genetically have more stubborn fat deposits in your face, but since youre 16 it can probably just be attributed to babyface. i wouldnt worry about it too much, as you get older and leaner itll disappear

Thank you what i mean by kinda is in good lightning they are there but in bad lightning only upper visible
