oh lord bro, faceiq is preaching optimal health which is a large factor for development. Of course after puberty eating raw meat and milk won’t acend you but it will keep your body strong and healthy, that’s why faceiq also recommends surgery if you are done developing. But during development raw animal products will acend you just do basic research
