I don’t get the carnivore diet carb beef
well, he recently backtracked on his "only meat is necessary" diet, and now thinks that fruit and "fructose" is now a macronutrient and viable in a healthy diet

because of the fact that most of the foods that are mostly carbs are nutritionally void, there aren't many micronutrients in fruits, as compared to meat or dairy
 
I mean you should get your carbs from milk and maybe a little fruit but not consume the amount of carbs he is suggesting
 
why? also, isn't milk usually just fat?

Because the glycation will be insane especially when you live in a environment with not much sun, even if you live in an sunny environment you will age pretty bad with that amount of carbs Just look at Paul saladino. Also adding that people who watch and follow faceiq Dont exercise much so most of the carbs will not be utilized. Milk has more carbs then fat per 100ml so i drink around 2L a day to get to 100G of carbs i dont eat more carbs because there is not much sun right now around here

wow, makes sense, but I would think you should have more fat , along with your milk, also adding in dairy products, which would help with the randle cycle, right? :ogre::ogre:
 
it's because he doesn't eat fats, you should eat fats a minimun of 60% of your diet although most need up to 80%, he wants carbs because carbs can be used to synthesise fats albeit at a high cost and ineffectively
 
I have a theory that the reason there is a small, but prevalent amount of cars, along with fat in milk; is because a calf would be using up enough carbs quickly enough to not activate the Randle cycle :feelsgood::ogre:

wdym? he says he used to hate carbs, and now he thinks all three (protein, carbs, and fats) are good now ?? :soy::ogre:
