That's a good face lifting muscle I use it daily my face looks more alive

also increase hgh it'll give you a youthful young look

at 23 you definitely don’t need a full facelift that’s way overkill. if you’re just chasing a tighter, lifted look, PDO threads can help a bit, but they’re more of a temporary illusion than a real structural change. they give a subtle pulled effect for a few months, mostly from swelling and collagen stimulation around the threads rather than the lift itself. if you’ve got mild sagging or just want sharper contours, look into stuff like RF microneedling or ultrasound-based tightening (Morpheus8, Ultherapy, etc.) they stimulate collagen deeper and last longer. also staying lean, good skincare (retinoids, peptides), and avoiding water retention does a lot more than people realize.
