Facemask & Test/HGH?

I've seen most people say that facemasks don’t work past a specific age, but I was wondering if I paired one with something that increases bone mass, like HGH, wouldn't the bone remodel faster and possibly more overall? I also don’t really understand why the bone would continue growing normally if the facemask is pulling it in one direction.
