im 14 and considering getting a face mask for forward projection, my sutures haven't closed and i have a lot of time left to grow. how would i larp to the orthos so they'll give it to me? i've seen many face masks for sale but are they safe and how would i apply it?

you cant just "larp to your ortho", you can't just "larp" having the recession required for one when most can diagnose without even needing scans

if they tell you that you don't need it, ask a different orthodontist

primal diet is not as beneficial as ppl say it, plus its so expensive
not everyone can afford eating $60 worth of raw meat every day

just eat clean, make sure you're hitting your opg and that your eating under maintenance

it isn't really to "look for results" it's to just put your jaw through mechanical tension while youre developing and growing

i only have normal gum not mastic

if you bite into the gum and it has no resistance force, its useless and wont do anything but ware your tmj
just invest into mastic, chewing is so neglected on this forum "muhh it could make you look like a chipmunk, or unusual blah blah blah"
if you store it airtight after using it you can reuse it the next day
