This guy has a hard on for talking shit about Ercin, Giant Implants, Timothy Harieth, and many of those patients in that sphere/circle.
Almost of all it's non-constructive, just ramblings of an obviously mentally deranged schizophrenic.
Furthermore, I started doing some digging on FaceMetrics and look what I found...

I laughed so hard after finding this out. I almost fell out of my chair. He got shitty off the shelf implants, etc. with Burak Ercin. No wonder why he hates the world right now. I would hate the world too if I got asymmetric shitty off the shelf implants.
Also, it all makes sense why he's made a million videos on Giant Implants. This guy is so salty he didn't get custom implants with Giant Implants because Giant was too busy licking toes that he had to get shitty off the shelf implants with some random Turkish boob surgeon that no one would even know about if it wasn't for Giant Implants.
Moreover, In psychology they refer to this as a multitude of things:
Choice-supportive bias is where someone disproportionately emphasizes the positives of what they ended up with and minimizes the advantages of the alternative. This helps them feel better about their outcome.
Sour grapes is where someone devalues or criticizes a better alternative because they personally cannot have it. This helps reduce disappointment about what they missed out on.
Cognitive dissonance reduction is where someone rationalizes an inferior outcome because admitting something else is better creates psychological discomfort. This helps them feel satisfied with what they have.
Misery loves company is where someone encourages others toward the same inferior outcome they experienced because they resent others getting something better.
