So this is quite an easy method and works with 100% certainty, 2 steps needed.

STEP 1:
get Lefort 3

Get the a distractor with it

No no no the distractors moves forwards from the angle your jaw is inclined towards this is why you do ultra bimax first

none exist, but that's not the point
It is the point, because in many cases of legitimately deformed people the risks of a procedure are considered to be worth the potential rewards because either a) life for the person is considered intolerable as it is or b) the aesthetic risks even if realized would result in an overall improvement in the deformed person's appearance.
The same can't be said of normal looking person who is not strikingly attractive, which is like 90% of the users here. There is a potential that you undergo some procedure and end up looking worse, if a surgeon is even willing to perform it on you.

This wasn't meant to actually be serious because none here is getting it, but I agree with you mate.
