I've did thumbpulling about 4 months ago which has made my face more long, recessed and downward growth because of the missing premolar. So I was currious if this facepulling method could help me get back my face or if it would make the things even worse.

Went to a dentist when my bite started changing and teeth felt loose. He just told me that it's my wisdom teeth growing (never happened again after some time)
