Pulling sideways and forward on the palate using your thumbs. In theory, this is supposed to expand your palate and also bring the maxilla (and possibly mandible) out.

MSE is made out of titanium, extrudes force 24/7 and it fucking BENDS and sometimes doesent split the suture. Sometimes doesent split even if you have a set of holes drilled into the suture.
But sure your tongue can do the same
