Goals: Long-term facial improvement through structural improvements. Interested in permanent solutions, not fillers. Kinda of want to remain natural looking and believable as “natural improvement”, but that’s not the priority. Though, natural improvement is welcome.

Concerns: Recessed chin, weak cheekbones, narrow face, high-set brows, slight crossbite. Considering: SARPE, sliding genio, malar implants, jaw angle implants, brow implant.

I want to know:
- What specific procedures would you recommend?
- In what order should I do them for best result?
- Should I touch my nose or will fixing structure make it proportional?
- Am I overlooking anything?

Would appreciate honest criticism. Already aware of soft facial structure. I’m just looking for highest ROI improvements.

You have weak supra orbitals. They're vertically high and don't project forwards. They're causing you to have a buggier appearance and make your eyebrows sit high up.

Ideal would be to have an implant to make them horizontally more narrow and projected so your eyes will appear deep set and more masculine.

If you're sure about getting surgery, I'd look into getting work done there first since it'll return the highest ROI.

Your profile has a convexity angle of 158 degrees which is rounded. Your chin is too far back but is projected (right shape). The issue is in the jaw. Looking at your maxilla too its mid. You would benefit from a Double Jaw Surgery/Bimax to bring both the maxilla and the jaw forward.

A genio wouldn't do what you're looking for since chin projection looks fine as it is, as said, the issue is in the mandible, not the chin itself.

There's other issues, but these would be your main flaws and where you would see the most ROI from.
