Deep anterior cranium (long depth from ear to forehead) and forward-projecting face:
Shallow anterior cranium (short depth from ear to forehead) and flat face:
Too much posterior cranial (occipital) depth. He’d mog if the depth were at the front of his head instead of at the rear.
